• Duplicate lottery applications, and others who judge this to be fraudulent, may be forfeited.
• Since the winner will be announced by email, you can apply only with an email address that can receive emails from your computer.
• Even if you are elected, if the e-mail address that you cannot use or if you do not fill it in, we will transfer the winning right to the next person.
